Canadian Securities Course (CSC)®The Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) provides an educational foundation for those just entering the financial services industry, and is also an excellent tool for serious investors. Canadian Securities Institute (CSI®) and Ashton College have partnered together in Vancouver to offer the Canadian Securities Course. Established in 1970, the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) is known for setting the educational standard for financial services. CSI's official educational materials prepare students to write the CSC examinations. CSI is endorsed by the Investment Dealers Association of Canada and Canada’s stock exchanges. Students registering for this course must also register with the CSI. In order to receive academic partner benefits, registration must be done at www.csi.ca/psi. CLASSES Campus Classes There are twelve classes, which take place from 6.00p.m. to 9.00p.m. once a week on campus. Live Online Classes Using Ashton Connect technology, you now have the option of attending classes without coming to campus. Each campus class is available live online allowing you to connect to the classroom where you can interact with the instructor and your peers. High speed internet access is required.
